Insurance

Dr. Hyland is not in-network with any insurance company and does not file insurance. Many clients choose to file out-of-network claims for reimbursement. If you wish to do this, Dr. Hyland can provide you with necessary receipts and codes for submission. How much is covered will depend on your insurance provider and specific policy. Call your insurance provider to determine eligibility & benefits.

Fee Schedule

Intake (60 minutes)	$225
Individual/Family Sessions (50 minutes)	$200
Court Appearances or Testimony	$2500/day (non-refundable and must be paid in advance which covers 10 hours of time including travel; additional time is billed at $200/hour)
Report Writing	$200 per hour (billed in 30 minute increments)
Record Review	$200 per hour (billed in 30 minute increments)

Please note that, while I'm happy to be in contact between sessions, phone calls or emails that exceed 10 minutes in talk or response time will be billed at the Individual/Family session rate in 15 minute increments.
